The automatic kraft paper bag packaging process involves multiple automated steps, including bagging, filling, sealing, inspection, and palletizing. The specific process is as follows:
1. Automatic Bagging and Opening
A robotic arm or suction cup automatically grabs the kraft paper bag and places it over the filling spout.
A bag clamp secures the bag opening and pneumatically or mechanically opens it, ready for filling.
2. Material Filling and Weighing
Gravity, screw, or belt feeding are used to precisely meter and fill the bag based on the material's characteristics (granules, powders, flakes, etc.).
A weighing sensor monitors the weight in real time, ensuring that each bag meets the set standard (e.g., 25-50 kg) with an accuracy of ±0.2%.
3. Sealing and Sealing
Heat Sealing (applicable to liner bags or composite bags): A constant temperature heating mechanism heat-seals the bag opening to ensure a tight seal. Hem Sewing (for pure kraft paper bags): The hem folding machine performs two hems, then seals the bag using a sewing machine or side-applied hot-melt tape to prevent springback.
Some equipment can be equipped with an optional dust removal mechanism to remove dust from the bag opening to improve seal quality.

4. Inspection and Coding
A weight sorter removes unqualified packages, and a metal detector (metal detector) checks for foreign objects.
An inkjet printer or labeler prints batch information, date, and other information.
5. Conveying and Palletizing
The sealed bags are transported by a conveyor line to the palletizing area, where a shaping device adjusts the bag's position to ensure uniformity.
A palletizing robot stacks the bags according to a pre-set program (at speeds up to 1,000 bags per hour), and the bags are finally transported to storage by an AGV or forklift.
