Layflat Polythene Tubing is a continuous cylindrical film made of polyethylene material through a film blowing process, which is rolled into a cylindrical packaging film after flattening. It is an extremely flexible and versatile packaging material that can be cut into bags of various lengths according to actual needs, making it very suitable for customized packaging scenarios.
2. Detailed instructions for use
1.1 Measure the size of the item and cut the required length
First, measure the required bag length according to the size of the item to be packaged;
Pull out a plastic tube of appropriate length from the roll;
Use scissors, a cutting knife or an automatic film cutter to cut the required length;
Pay attention to reserving sealing space. It is generally recommended to leave 2-3cm of space at both ends for sealing.
1.2 Load the product into the tube
Load the item directly into the cut tube section;
For longer or special-shaped products, the packaging can be pushed forward section by section;
Using auxiliary tools (such as chutes or pressure bars) can improve bagging efficiency.
1.3 Sealing at both ends
Heat sealing method (recommended):
Use a manual or automatic heat sealer to seal both ends to form a sealed packaging bag;
Applicable to industrial packaging, food packaging and other scenarios with high requirements for sealing;
Tape sealing:
Use transparent tape or kraft paper tape to seal the bag opening;
Easy to operate, suitable for temporary packaging or items that do not need to be sealed;
Cable/tie sealing:
Can be used for products such as wires and cables, which is convenient for repeated opening and closing;
Good safety and neatness.
1.4 Labeling, coding or punching (optional)
Barcodes, instruction labels, logo stickers, etc. can be affixed to the bag body;
Applicable to warehouse management, sales packaging or product identification;
If ventilation is required, holes can be punched in the bag body.
3. Storage recommendations
Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environment during storage to prevent aging and brittleness;
Make sure the sealing part is clean and dust-free before sealing to improve the sealing effect;
It is not recommended to over-stretch or overload to avoid bag breakage.
