I. Three-Layer Co-extrusion Blown Film Production Line
Process Introduction: Three-layer co-extrusion blown film involves three extruders working simultaneously. The three different formulations or types of plastic melts are compounded and formed in a single process through a co-extrusion die head, resulting in a multi-layer film with a stable structure and balanced performance.

Film Structure Examples: ABC / ABA / ACB structures

Common Combinations:
Outer layer: Strength, stiffness, printability
Middle layer: Tensile strength, puncture resistance, barrier properties or toughness
Inner layer: Heat sealability, softness, sealing performance

Main Advantages:
More balanced film performance, high overall strength
Can reduce overall costs (functional or recycled materials can be used in the middle layer)
Stable sealing performance, suitable for high-speed bag making
Good thickness uniformity, high product consistency

Applicable Products:
Mailing bags / Courier bags
Garbage bags, roll bags

Food packaging bags
Daily necessities packaging bags
Industrial liner bags
Equipment Configuration Description

Three-layer co-extrusion blown film machine, covering different widths and thickness ranges
Meets the needs of large-volume stable supply and multi-specification parallel production

2. ABA Co-extrusion Blown Film Production Line
Process Introduction:
ABA co-extrusion blown film is a classic form of three-layer co-extrusion structure, namely:
Layer A / Layer B / Layer A
Symmetrical on both sides, stable structure, and very widely used.
Structural Features:
Outer layer A: Virgin material or high-performance material (strength, appearance, printability)
Middle layer B: Functional layer or recycled material layer (cost control, enhanced toughness)

Core Advantages:
Excellent balance of performance and cost
The middle layer can flexibly use recycled materials or functional masterbatches
Stable film bubble, high production efficiency
Suitable for large-volume, standardized products

Typical Applications:
Environmentally friendly courier bags
Shopping bags, flat bags
Roll garbage bags
Industrial packaging bags
Daily necessities outer packaging

3. Single-Screw Blown Film Machine
Process Introduction:
The single-screw blown film machine is the most basic and mature blown film process. A single extruder melts and extrudes the plastic raw material to form a single-layer film. Membrane Structure:
Single-layer PE/PP film
Uniform material, simple structure

Process Advantages:
Stable equipment, mature process
Suitable for conventional bag types and standard products
Flexible material switching, easy adjustment
Low production cost, fast delivery

Applicable Products:
Ordinary flat bags
OPP/PE packaging bags
Inner packaging bags, protective bags
Lightweight garbage bags
Temporary or short-cycle order products
Equipment Configuration Description:
12 single-screw blown film extruders
Suitable for multi-variety, small-batch, or rapid prototyping production

The company is equipped with multiple advanced blown film production lines, including three-layer co-extrusion blown film equipment, ABA co-extrusion blown film systems, and multiple single-screw blown film extruders. We can flexibly adjust the film structure and material ratio according to different product needs, meeting diverse customization requirements from conventional packaging to high-performance packaging bags, ensuring stable product quality and reliable delivery times.
