Single Wound Sheet is a plastic film made by blow molding or cast film process, made of LDPE or MDPE. The film has a single structure and is supplied in roll form, suitable for continuous automated composite production lines. It has a flat surface, uniform thickness and good flexibility, making it an ideal laminating material. Single Wound Sheet is widely used for laminating foam carpet backing to improve the functionality and durability of the overall product. Single Wound Sheet is combined with foam backing (such as cross-linked PE foam or PU foam) through thermal lamination or adhesive process to form a composite structural material for use in carpet or floor underlay systems.
1. Single Wound Sheet performance advantages:
1.1 Moisture-proof performance: The film effectively blocks water vapor penetration and prevents the bottom layer from getting moldy and damp. The sound insulation effect is improved after being combined with foam, which is suitable for residential and commercial buildings.
1.2 Anti-pollution: The film layer has certain wear resistance and dust resistance, which is convenient for transportation and laying.
1.3 Customizable flame retardant: The flame retardant level can be customized according to different applications to improve safety.
1.4. Recyclable and environmentally friendly: LDPE/MDPE materials can be recycled and reused, meeting environmental protection requirements.
2. Single Wound Sheet application areas:
2.1. Home flooring system (solid wood composite flooring, composite laminate flooring, etc.)
2.2 Office and commercial space carpet padding
2.3. Carpet system for high-end places such as hotels, cinemas, exhibition centers, etc.
2.4. Floor installation moisture-proof and sound insulation system
