1. Food-grade raw materials
Must use 100% new food-grade PE materials (HDPE or LDPE), and must not use recycled materials or add industrial-grade additives. The raw materials should be non-toxic, odorless, and free of harmful substances.
2. Non-toxic Printing Ink
Food contact surfaces should not be printed, or food-grade environmentally friendly inks should be used.
If you need to print a LOGO or pattern, you must use benzene-free and heavy metal-free inks, and only print on the outer surface of the bag.
3. Clean production environment
It must be produced in a clean workshop (such as a 100,000-level dust-free workshop).
The production process should avoid pollution sources such as dust, oil, and odor.
Workers must wear clean uniforms, masks and gloves to operate.
4. Compliance with Food Contact Regulations
The product should comply with national or regional food packaging standards, such as:
China GB 4806.7-2016 (Plastic materials for food contact)
US FDA CFR 21 regulations
EU EU No.10/2011 Food Contact Plastic Regulations
Third-party certification reports can be provided, such as:
SGS test report, FDA certification, ISO22000 Food Safety Management System Certification.
5. Physical Performance Requirements
Bag thickness, tensile strength, and sealing must meet the actual use requirements of food packaging.
It has good anti-leakage, oil-proof, and moisture-proof properties.
6. Odorless
The finished bag should have no pungent odor or plastic odor to avoid affecting the food flavor or consumer experience.
